By using Clocked at clocked-ai.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Clocked is
Clocked is an AI-powered chess opponent intelligence tool. It analyses publicly available chess game data from Lichess and Chess.com to generate scouting reports. Reports are generated using large language models (including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) and are for informational purposes only — we do not guarantee accuracy.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Free and Pro plans
The free plan includes 3 scouting reports per month. The Pro plan includes unlimited reports and additional features for €3.99/month or €39.99/year. Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time — you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any subscription purchases. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Clocked to harass, abuse, or harm other chess players. You may not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service. You may not use Clocked for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual property
Clocked and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Clocked without permission.
8. Disclaimer
Clocked is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that reports are accurate or that using Clocked will improve your chess results. AI-generated analysis may contain errors. Use reports as one of many tools in your preparation, not as definitive advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clocked is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Clocked after changes means you accept the updated terms.
